Mystery Bushing??

Anyone know that this is? I have 6 of them. One has an Oliver tag, but it is unreadable.
Casting numbers EE4 and 18791.
Our guess is some kind of track roller bushing?? For big OC???
You can see bronze bushing inside cast housing and rubber seal at one end...
