Well, we tore it all apart and put it back together - nothing appeared to be broken or seized but still not pushing out fuel.
So now I'm sending it off to a place in Pen Yann, NY (Finger Lakes area) who can do it. Most of the usual places don't have the equipment to test these old ones.

Thanks for confirming that a 77D has same pump. I'll see if the usual Oliver suspects have parts, if we need them.

In case anybody else reads this all Oliver 6 cylinder diesels use the same basic PSB pump no matter if is for a little 77 or the 302 cubic inch 950. Most likely the plunger was stuck and has twisted off and no you don't need a test stand to check one. We serviced probably 150-200 Oliver diesels with PSB pumps and never had one to a pump shop.
