Hello all.
New to this site but, old as dirt to equipment.
Been a life long equipment/machinery mechanic around Virginia.
Retired now, picking and choosing a few jobs now to keep busy.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors.
