I have all the parts made.  Looks ok except for pedal pressure to operate the clutch.  One piece of information that I missed in the directions was where the clutch linkage rod would attach to the clutch pedal.  I guessed from the picture.  I used a point the same distance from the pivot as on the .875 shaft.  Either I got the geometry wrong of there is some kind of problem inside the bell housing.  What pedal attachment point have others used?

I went out and measured mine - also took some photos.  1 1/4" from the center of the top pin that hooks to clutch rod to the  top of the boss of the bottom pivot of the pedal.  Sorry, too difficult to get the center-to-center measurement at the moment.  I'll post some photos, one by one.

Thanks for the pics and measurement.  I didn't see anything wrong when I took it back apart.  I did have the leverage way off.
