I  think it goes like this:

1 Post = Apprentice
2  Post = Junior Operator
5 Post  = Operator
20 Post = Master Operator
100 Post = Jobsite Boss
200 Post  =  THE Boss

This is the way Blake set it up.
Maybe the name  could be changed or we could add a Rank at a minimum of 50.
Sometimes hard to keep everyone happy....

Suggestions?? (Everything subject to Blake's Approval)
A List of My Toys :   58 Oliver OC4-42-IND Dozer,       50 Farmall Cub,     54 Farmall Super C,    69 JD 112,   75 Wheel Horse C-185 Electric,    72 Honda Trail 70,   75 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible,  71 Triumph TR6 Convertible, 08 Harley Davidson Road  King Classic,  70 Seafarer 23 Sailboat

I don't know, I still don't consider myself a master operator when i've only owned a dozer but for a couple of months. I wish we could come up with some more names that are kind fun. I know it's not easy setting up a website. I help start www.georgiasporttrucks.com. It took us forever to get that situated after much trial and error. I noticed this isn't really a highly participating site either. I figured this to be because of the older crowd on here. I'm probably the youngster of the site. LOL. I love the site though. Everone on here so far has been great. I've been on a lot of sites where people are afraid to ask a question in fear of a smart-ass answer or being ridiculed for not knowing(Such is the case on the tractor shed forum sometimes). I've only found a few sites that i'm comfortable on, and this is one of them.

I'm open to suggestions. These are just names I came up with on the spur of the moment while first putting this forum together. They really don't mean anything. Just thought they were better than the boring generic ones they had.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. Please help Support This Site and give your business exposure by buying a business card sized ad.

It gives us some idea of how active a member is.  I do like the idea of adding a 50 Post moniker.  How about "Making Tracks"?

With this post, I can now go from Master Operator to Jobsite Boss.  How fitting!
