OC12 need info and starter

I am looking at picking up a project OC12 and someone jacked the starter
It is a diesel. PLus I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything else about it like year etc.
Mod No. OC12-60-D
Ser NO.  1JX-664
My biggest concern is replacing the starter any advice would be great
Plus if any one in the area has another OC12 I might be interested so go ahead and reply thanks
