heil dozer blade question

does anyone have info on the heil dozer set up ? i need to find a way to repair the openings where the pins go for the hydaulics...  thanks

Hello Harry, If you are talking about the area around the pins being wore I usually build them up with weld & grind them to fit with a barrel style grindstone. Jim.
If it ain't broke fix it anyway!!

there isnt a hard steel bushing for this where i could drill the opening to fit the bushing ?  thanks

My Heil blade has bronze bushings where the cyl. pins fit .

where would i begin looking for bushings ???

Sorry Harry, Yes walter is right mine also has bronze bushings in the cylinder eyes. I,ve done most of the other joints except for those. For bushings I would try Landis in Ephrata, Pa. They are listed in the advertisers section in thi website.
If it ain't broke fix it anyway!!

Try a local bearing or parts store. We have 2 here locally and I have had good luck with them. If they can't get what you want you can get something close and machine it to fit.

thanks all ill try local first. bought a motor from landis last week. took the trip to pa from northern n.y. . nice guy
