Blake:  Did Oliver-Cletrac ever ship the HG42 from the factory painted with industrial yellow paint?
     Removing paint from a '46 HG 42 and the first layer applied appears to be yellow--  might be faded Cletrac orange, but sure looks yellow to me.  Thanks.  Dr Bert

Oliver would supply different color crawlers for an additional fee . I have a 53 OC3 that was originally orange . I have found a primer that had a yellow tint on a couple of crawlers that I restored, but it would be a very thin layer.

Walter--Thank you.--The yellow I see is very thin and is likely a primer.  On top of it is a layer of Cletrac orange, then a layer of Oliver green.
