did you notice that the rear idler is from the newer HG and OC-3

Wow, that is up there!
My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. Yeah, like maybe they welded an old and a new track frame together...wonder if there is one of these still in a junk yard somewhere?
