Spring Assembly

I need to replace the main spring assembly on my  1950 HG 68. Can this be replaced with a spring from anything other then a Oliver Cletrac? If so what make would work?

They are easy enough to find and it might be difficult to find a different one with the same specs. I'll bet if you placed an add in the classified section you'd get a reply.
