This guy has been trying to sell this thing for a while,says it's military.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. Near Grandview Washington,if someone buys it I can go get it and stash it under cover for a couple years.
I just don't need anything that small.

I ended up with this little guy - it is indeed military - 1940 AG SN 1X2072

I will work on getting it going again once I get one of my MG-1's up and running...

There was one like that around here years ago, but sadly it got scrapped. Had the same military ID tag. What is that truck you are pulling the trailer with?

It's a 1966 duece and a half on 14.00r20 super singles... Definitely not your every day tow rig but I love it...  ;D
