It's an early H but with the cast Cletrac radiator. I talk to the guy about a month ago. While moving the tractor on a pallet with a forklift it fell off and flipped--hence the shattered steering wheel and smashed tin.
There is also alot of rust out on the track tin, track frame, cracked rollers, no orig. carb or mag, rusted out gas tank, large hole from branch in radiator core,.cracked exhaust manifold, etc  Alot of work to restore.
I hope somebody saved it though...........
