SERIAL NUMBER ?

JUST FOUND AN OC-3 ALL THAT IS ORIGINAL IS THE RUNNING GEAR,TRANS,AND REAR. SOMEONE PUT AN OLD WILLIES MOTOR IN. WHEREWOULD I FIND TEH SERIAL NUMBER?

Unfortunately I believe the serial number was on the original engine data plate

The OC-3 production started in 1951 and ended in 1957. The serial number was attached to the bellhousing. No doubt when the engine was changed the bellhousing was also removed. Do you think the tractor has the original paint on it? Early ones were green just like the HG models.

I think your OC 3 is like my "1957 OC 46".  Made from parts from 6 different tractors!!
