Ware loader

I have a HGH 556 ware loader on my HG, I am trying to rebuild.
And at the end of the packing are 5 small springs sandwiched between the end of the packing and metal cap held on by a bolt at the end of the hydraulic cylinder. 
When I took them apart the springs are missing in one upper and one lower hydraulic and the other upper and lower have the springs in them.
I was told the springs keep the hydraulics from fading down.
Am I supposed  to have these springs in all four hydraulic cylinders? And if I am where can I find them?

Zimmerman would be the most obvious and probably the only source for Ware loader parts. They are very knowledgeable about such things.
