OC4 transmission issue

I have a OC4 with a transmission issue- 1st gear is out.  Runs great, clutch is fine, all other gears work fine.  When you put into first gear and let out the clutch, acts just like it is in neutral, no grinding or noises but no movement at all. Any ideas?
