broke cylinder walls

recently bought a oliver oc-3. just pulled the head and found 2 of the cylinders broke from freezing water.  I dont think this has sleeves in, but could this be bored out a have sleeve installed or should I just look for anothe block?
any help please..

i don't know if the engine in your OC-3 has removeable sleeves or not, but any block can be resleeved, it just depends on what you want to spend.  i had an old tractor engine resleeved and the cost was about $150 for one cylinder.  where are you located?  i'm near Allentown, PA.

I'm about 15 miles SE of allentown , Green Lane.  It's located halfway between Quakertown and Pottstown. Thanks for the info, I'm searching out my options at this point. repair and rebuild , or just go with another block/motor??

No, they don't have sleeves. If you have it bored and sleeved, make sure they don't press them in too tight as the block can be cracked up at the surface. I have a OOC block that did this.
