Regulater not working???   The reg. came loose from my oc-46 3d and the loader  pulled it off the generator.   I think I have it wired right but it will only discharge.   I have polerized it but am having no luck.   Can anyone help me.   Thank You.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation.
