Looking for information on serial numbers on engine

Yes I found numbers on my engine and looking for information about it the numbers are 365234910 and underneath it has lxb3 any info would be appreciated

Well you said any information" IXB3 is the model of the engine. IX is the basic engine model B designates the bore size. Those engines were made in  at least 4 different basic bore sizes from 2-1/2 inch up to 3-1/4 inch for the IXB. The number 3 designates it as engine with 3 diming gears, there are also IX*5 engines means those engines have 5 timing gears. They have the mag on the other side of the block + they have a gear drive water pump. The other number is the serial number Hercules assigned to that engine. They assigned different series of numbers at different time for those engines. At one time I had a list of what groups were built in what years but not any more. does that help?
