Ware Machine Works - Out of Business?

A couple of years back I called Ware Machine Works and was able to get printed drawings and part lists for all components of my 3-HI Loader.  I tried calling them back to see about getting the same type of material for a 3-WI Loader and found that the number os no longer in service (and the website is offline).  Does anybody know what happened to them?  Also, does anyone happen to have drawings, part numbers, and info for the 3-WI Loader Assembly?

I believe they went out of business and Landis bought everything that they had left .
