HG crankshaft irregularity

I am working on an HG and have found the con rod journals are from .003 to .006 out-of-round but in good condition as are the babbit bearings.  With the low rpm of this engine do you think I can get away with this much out-of-round?  Journals measuring from 1.741 to 1.736 neighborhood.

Are you using a dial caliper or a micrometer? .003 seems like too much to me
