Oliver OC3

Hello guys I just got my new OC3 home today. Its in fair shape(or at least thats what I keep telling myself) It also has a Anderson dozer on it. It needs a few things before it will run though. What should the compression be on a IXB 3? It seems to have low compression. The head was off when i got it. It has .030 pistons in it. The previous owner said that it had a few stuck valves thats why the head was off, but I didnt find any that were stuck. Anyhow I also need a manifold. I thought I had one that would work from a IXB power unit but I dont think it will work with the postion of the carb and frame. IF anyone has some extra OC3 parts around it looks like Im going to need quite a few.
