Does any one have a picture of how the track is put together on a 1934 Cletrac 20c? What the insides look like etc? Or another year or model with the same trac? I need to know so I can cut and weld some pieces if possible. I need to know BEFORE I make any cuts! (I'm learning!) I have the Manual and users guide but they don't show it. Or if any of you just "KNOW" what all is in there maybe could make me a simple drawing? I'd surely appreciate it!
Thank you, Geof Davis

I might have one, but I'll have to hunt. Probably at my mom and dad's.

There should be an oil reservoir in the track frames that lubricates the lower track wheels. Be carefull you don't damage that.
My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors.
