0C4 3G engine serial number Plate tune specs

I have an 0C4 3 cyl gas and have supplied A pic of the engine plate as best as I could decipher. I need the tune specs ( point, plug gap and plug number) Intake-exhuast valve clearence) timing, Idle speed, and original plug numbers. I am also curious about what all the numbers are on the plate. GO-130 H is the model of the engine. 3-1/2 X 4-1/2 is the bore and the stroke.
I need to double check but the 10 & 10 are the settings for the valves. Will do more checking next week when I am back home.

Thanks for the input I wasnt sure what the 10 10 20 is, I had to get crank ground and sleeve cylinders. originally I thought that those numbers were for over bore or crank main and rod grind/bearings. But found out they were all original sizes, Dusty.
