Definitely will not fit an OC-4. It'll bolt up theoretically, but input shaft is too fat to get past the crown gear and the internal PTO gearing is different.

If this PTO and pulley gets mounted on an OC3 is the drawbar lost?

Dad's had a PTO and pulley; there was no interference with the drawbar.

I found a PTO and Belt Pulley Picture today. Your correct. The one I saw had a draw bar extension on it but it was being used with a ball hitch and there was plenty of room.
