So I have an opportunity to buy an OC-3 with a loader attached. I know little to nothing about these machines except what I read here over the last few hours. From just a quick look over the machine seems to be in very solid shape.

I am looking for another machine to help clear small pieces of my property where I have been using my small Kubota BX to pull rocks and stumps and then grade the area, as well as skid logs out of the woods.  How capable are these small crawlers?

Is there anything particular I should look at when inspecting the machine?

That one looks to be in very good condition judging by what I can see of the undercarriage. That's got to be the straightest bucket I've seen. I like the way the hydro tank was shaped to match the lift arm supports. How does it start and run? Any bad noises when it's under power. If the price is right I'd jump on it.

The price seems very right. I have yet to hear it run and try it out, waiting for a call from the owner.

Looks like it is in good shape. Does it have the IXB motor in it, the hood looks a little chopped up. Make sure that you check the roller's, I have heard that the loaders are tough on them.
