New owner of Cletrac HG68 - some basic questions/need help please

I am a new owner of a 1942 Cletrac HG68.  I have a few questions that any help with would be greatly appreciated.

(1) What engine oil weight does it need and how much?
(2) Is a Fram C252 the correct oil filter?
(3) Is a Champion spark plug 1COM correct?  Where can I find them (preferably a national chain)?
(4) What is the spark plug gap?
(5) What hydrolic fluid does it need?
(6) What transmission fluid does it need and how much?

Again, thank you for any help you can offer!  Greatly appreciated!

(1) I would run a good 15W-40 or 5W-30 depending on the temperatures. Either is probably good all year.
(2) I don't know off hand. There has been discussion on here about oil filters, but I don't remember what the latest consensus is.
(3) Yes 1COM is correct, but I don't think they are available. W-18 Champions are equivalent I think. Personally I would go with A-C or Autolite equivalent. And go one heat range hotter if you are going to burn alcohol mixed gasoline.
(4) I think .025" off hand.
(5) I would just get plain hydraulic oil.
(6) 50 wt non-detergent engine oil is recommended. Most use GL-1 mineral gear oil with success. Use no hypoid or other extreme pressure gear oil (for truck rear ends, etc.).

Blake is on the money - good memory that guy 
1. I use 5W-30
2. There's a TON of cross references that work. Google Car Quest 85105.
3. I sell the Autolites $4.50 each ($5 on eBay) for IXK, if you can't get 'em elsewhere.
4. 0.025 - 0.028\
5. I use red ATF Dextron III in everything - big pails.
6. As Blake says, most use 80/90w GL-1 gear oil — I use Shell Dentax 80w90 GL1. There's also: Esso Marvelube 80w90. Castrol do a straight 90w GL1 as do Warren.
6A. Two gallons needed — 1/2 gallon extra if you have the PTO/Pulley assembly.
Note: use same in rollers, final drives, idlers, mainspring bushings.
