I have a bucket and boom that drift down too quick to leave alone. I isolated the hoses for the boom and got no drift down in a half an hour so I pulled the spools out to find them in poor shape. Polishing on the lathe didn't help much so it looks like a replacement is in order. Is there a direct replacement available from Ware machine works or do I have other options? This is a two spool. Are these open center? I'm not familiar with the terminology. Also, does anyone know the pressure and flow rates for what I have. The spool valve model # is V1DD44DM
Thanks,
Eric

It will be a couple of days before I can look but I think Hydreco made them. Hydreco does not make valves anymore. Me I would put a Gresen(now Parker) SP valve with float on the machine. Questions?

Thanks for the reply John.
It says Ware Machine Works on my valve but I don't need a factory replacement. Gresen (now Parker) I'm sure I can find. Is "SP" the model I'm looking for or do I need specs? The float option sounds good as I've used that on other machines. Do you know any reasonable sources for the Parker valve?
Thanks again,
Eric
