Looking for somewhere that rebuilds mags close to Seattle or Everett Wa.

Not exactly in your area is Mainely is Magnetos, in Northern Maine (http://www.mainelymagnetos.com/default.htm. )  Don't know what shipping would be.  Would you find a cost advantage to offset that? Maybe. Steve Belanger is a second generation magneto re-builder and antique tractor enthusiast.  He did a a great job of bringing my '53 OC3 mag back from the dead.  The rusty mag had been converted to run off a coil before I got it 4 yrs ago. He also provided great phone support when I was flubbing the installation.

There is a guy in town we have do all our mag work as does everyone else. He does an excellent job for a reasonable price. But we are in Pennsylvania. If you are interested PM or email me.

Bob, can you ask him if he is willing to do work that is mailed in, and get his contact information and anything else you can get? If he wants the work and does a good job, I can list him on the site under Parts and Services. He may also want to buy a business card display ad.

My favorite magneto rebuilder was Dale Nickerson of Cassadaga, NY, but he unfortunately passed away a while back.
