Some day I'll figure out message boards...
I accidentally posted without a message, and now can't edit my own message.
Anyway, I lost the back bearing on the upper drive shaft; is there any way I can replace it without tearing down the entire tractor (and my hair).
I have an Anderson blade, the one with a single ram on top, which makes it a royal pain to remove the hood, and it has a 3 speed trans on the bellhousing. Looks like a factory option, any idea what trans this is?

just looking at a parts brake down it looks like you can pull the drive shaft then the bolts that hold the bearing retainner, if the bearing will slip off the shaft, it will be ez, but it looks like the shaft will pull out and the gears will into the trans. as for the 3 speed I dont know i have seen lots of talk of adding one but not sure about it.
