Oliver HG Found & Need Help!

It looks like I'm coming into possession of what I believe is an Oliver HG ( with a 4 cyl engine).  I'm not sure of the last time it's been run, but it has been stored under cover.  I haven't been able to determine whether the engine is frozen or not, but I plan on getting it running next year after the weather warms up.  I would appreciate any suggestions, help, advice, know-how, parts sources, etc ... that anyone can offer ... particularly anyone in Wisconsin
