Oliver HG Rebuild?

Since I'm pretty mechanically challenged, I'm wondering what the cost range might be to have someone rebuild the machine for me?  Preferrably by some in Wisconsin.  Ideally what I would like to find is someone relatively close that could do the mechanical work, while I do the parts searching and perhaps the "grunt" work of cleaning, etc.  I'd also like to use it as a learning project at the same time ... any suggestions?
